If you paid for something

Where a paid item was offered and it did not match its description, the money goes back. You do not have to argue the case; saying what was different is enough.

How to ask

One email with the order reference. No form, no queue, no retention offer.

Timing

We reply inside two working days. After approval the refund returns to the card or account that paid; how fast it lands is the bank's timing, not ours.

When someone else took the payment

If a third party processed it, their policy governs alongside this one, and we will tell you plainly which of the two applies to your case.
